亲爱的全球同仁与各界挚友：
当全球大健康浪潮澎湃向前，当非遗智慧跨越千年时空，我们因共同的使命聚力同行——让中华优秀传统非遗、特殊技艺，及全球优秀文明传承远播，成为守护全人类健康的普世力量。在此，我们由衷感谢香港日报集团董事局主席郭周礼先生，是他创立了世界大健康运动联盟，为非遗与大健康的融合发展搭建了珍贵平台；更荣幸聘请郭周礼先生担任非遗专委会终身名誉会长，他的远见卓识与引领，将为协会发展注入持久动力。
非遗绝非尘封的历史遗存，而是先祖馈赠的“健康密码”：从古老疗愈泉水中的整体养生智慧，到道家医养的深邃哲思，再到各类传统疗法的实践传承、民间技艺的精神滋养，每一项非遗都蕴含着人与自然和谐共生的永恒之道，这份价值早已超越国界。
作为非遗传承与全球大健康产业的桥梁纽带，专委会始终秉持“挖掘精髓、传承创新、普惠世界”的愿景。我们既要坚守非遗本真，让古老技艺在当代焕活生机；更要推动传统智慧与现代健康理念深度融合，而数字化正是核心赋能引擎。通过区块链技术实现非遗技艺溯源认证、AI算法解析传统疗法数据，搭建兼具传承保护与创新传播功能的全球数字共享平台，我们正打破地域阻隔，让千年非遗智慧触达世界每个角落——正如中医药在泰国700余年的跨文化传播历程，成为文明互鉴的坚实纽带。
未来，愿我们在郭周礼先生的引领下，携手协会全体同仁凝心聚力，以匠心守护非遗根脉，以数字化激活文化活力，让每一项健康非遗都能服务全球社会、造福人类福祉，共同书写数字时代下全球大健康与非遗传承深度融合的崭新篇章！

Dear Colleagues and Friends Worldwide：
As the global wellness wave surges forward and the wisdom of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) transcends millennia, we unite with a shared mission: to promote the global dissemination of outstanding traditional Chinese ICH, special crafts, and excellent global civilizations, making them a universal force for safeguarding the health of all humanity. Here, we sincerely express our gratitude to Mr. Guo Zhouli, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hong Kong Daily News Group, for founding the World Federation of Great Health Sports—a valuable platform for the integrated development of ICH and global wellness. We are also honored to appoint Mr. Guo Zhouli as the Lifetime Honorary Chairman of the ICH Committee; his visionary insights and guidance will inject lasting momentum into the development of the association.
ICH is by no means a dusty historical relic, but a time-honored "wellness code" bestowed by our ancestors—from the holistic health wisdom embodied in ancient therapeutic springs to the profound philosophy of Taoist healthcare, as well as the practical inheritance of various traditional therapies and the spiritual nourishment of folk crafts. Every ICH item embodies the eternal principle of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, a value that has long transcended national borders.
As a bridge between ICH inheritance and the global big health industry, our committee has always adhered to the vision of "exploring essence, inheriting through innovation, and benefiting the world." We are committed to preserving the authenticity of ICH while revitalizing ancient crafts in the modern era; more importantly, we strive to achieve in-depth integration between traditional wisdom and contemporary health concepts—with digitalization as the core enabling engine. Through blockchain technology for ICH traceability and authentication, AI algorithms for analyzing traditional therapeutic data, and the establishment of a global digital sharing platform integrating inheritance, protection, and innovative communication, we are breaking down geographical barriers to bring time-honored ICH wisdom to every corner of the world—just as Traditional Chinese Medicine has flourished in cross-cultural communication in Thailand for over 700 years, becoming a solid bond for cultural exchange and mutual learning.
In the future, under the leadership of Mr. Guo Zhouli, we will join hands with all colleagues of the association to unite our efforts, safeguard the roots of ICH with dedication, activate cultural vitality through digitalization, and enable every health-related ICH practice to serve the global community and benefit human well-being. Together, we will write a new chapter of in-depth integration between global big health and ICH inheritance in the digital age!
